Recently I ran into trouble on one of the files I am doing. I was at a loss. The bank had taken the house back after the seller had filed for protection in Federal Court. As classic case of the left not knowing what the right was doing. Circuit Civil would not honor the case from Federal because the Federal filing had a different last name that the circuit filing.
I turned to Kimberlee. She knew exactly what to do and at 9:30 PM at night had a motion typed that was right on target. Using her valuable family time to help me on a file that was not going through the office. I do not know about you, but for me, that is a perfect example of someone I can count on in the trenches. I'm impressed! Can you stand one more compliment? I want to tell how much I appreciate your hard work for pulling off a miracle getting my house in Polk County SOLD and FINANCED. I don' know what I would have done without you.
If you recall I worked very hard on getting an ,000.00 asking price reduced to ,000.00. by using your technique's and 8 months later signed a purchase and sale agreement was signed by the seller and she would hold the mortgage until it was sold. Then the fun began as I was hit with many obstacles; for every challenge I faced you had at least two answers by your reassuring attitude keeping me moving forward with as I overcame each one. My buyer simply could not get the financing until I handed it to you and after several months we passed papers and I made 00.00. WOW at that point I was willing to give it away (lesson learned) and everyone was happy.
I would be remiss if I didn't talk about you as a person. During this time my daughter was fighting a battle with cancer and my wife was quite ill. I will never forget one day I walked into your office quite discouraged and you picked up on it. You were very busy and you stopped everything you were doing and sat in a room counseling me and told me to get as must rest as possible and you would help anytime I needed it and you kept your word as few people do in this day and age.
I would suggest to anyone interested in your program to start with the gold program and take off running. You or your coaches are always accessible.
